Frod is a minor character from the 1985 animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power.

Frod was one of five competitors in the 'Rebels Run' held at Blackmoor's Rebel's Fair.
The other entries were: Bow, Gommoroth, Kristan and the Red Knight.
Frod, Kristan, and Gommoroth did not make it past the balance beam challenge. All three ended up in the water, and Gommoroth was heard to utter "Well, there's always next year".
