Magicat Queen is a minor character from the 1985 animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power.

The Queen of the Magicats ordered her people to flee to the underground city of Halfmoon when the Evil Horde began it's occupasion of Etheria. She herself was the last of her kind to venture outside of their rocky hiding place to attempt to rescue fellow Magicats who had been captured.
Unfortunately, the Queen herself was captured and sent to a Horde Slave camp. Her magical mask, which gave her various secret powers, was taken from her by Hordak and given to Force Captain Catra, giving her the ability to transform herself into a panther that was nearly identical to the Magicat Queen. This caused the mask to be tainted by evil and unable to ever be used for good again.
Meanwhile, the Magicats in Halfmoon kept hoping for their Queen to return. When Catra stumbled upon the underground city, it was quite simple for her to pretend to be the Queen. Luckily for the Magicats, She-Ra found herself underground at the same time and set them straight.
Using the magic inherent to all Magicats, the Queen's loyal subject Percival disguised himself as Hordak and ordered the Queen to be transported back to the Etherian mainland in a Horde Prisoner Transport. After the Horde Troopers that brought the caged queen were sent away, Persival revealed his true self and the Queen was at last free once more, able to return to her underground kingdom.
