Modulok created a new computer after joining the Evil Horde and being demoted from Horde Scientist to Horde Cook.
Hordak he asked it to analyze all available information on the one called She-Ra and how to get her to leave the Horde alone. The Computer answered: "By finding someone just as strong". This angered Hordak, who transformed his left arm into a cannon and blasted the computer. But with his last remaining energy, the computer kept repeating the word Melog, which gave Shadow Weaver the idea to create a mud creature of that name and have it absorb She-Ra's strength to become her equal in battle.
