The Transmutator was a device seen in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
The Transmutator was invented by Zicran, a sage at the Academy in the City of Wisdom. The evil sorcerer Jarvan used Ileena as a pawn to steal the Transmutator, which he used to shrink [[He-Man (Filmation)|He-Man and the Royal Palace. He-Man, however, was powerful enough to resist the Transmutator's effects, and caused the device to explode.
