Ice Trolls are a humanoid species native to Eternia. They live in the Ice Mountains and are on friendly terms with the Dragons of Darksmoke. They speak their own language as well as the human tongue.
When He-Man, Teela, and Battle Cat traveled to the Ice Mountains to meet Granamyr, two Ice Trolls tried to stop them from reaching him. They caused an avalanche and attacked them near the bridge to Darksmoke, firing at the intruders with laser rifles. He-Man managed to deflect one of the trolls' shots and bury them in the snow, then crossed the bridge with Teela and Battle Cat before they had a chance to dig themselves out.
