The Stone in the Sword is the 21st episode of She-Ra: Princess of Power.

Plot Summary

Hordak takes his new invention, the Doom Balloon to attack the Whispering Woods. Whilst trying desperately to defend their home, the Rebels each fall to Hordak's assault - when only She-Ra remains, she too becomes victim to the Doom Balloon when the stone in her sword cracks, leaving her unable to act as She-Ra ever again. Only the First Ones can help - so Adora journies to the Crystal Castle to seek their help.

Moral

Loo-Kee: "Hi! Did you find where I was hiding today? If not, here's another chance. See me now? Here I am! Today, let's talk about 'sticktoitiveness.' Wow! That's a big word. But it simply means doing what Adora did today. Sticking to a job until the job is done. When you have a job like your homework, use 'sticktoitiveness.' Stick to it, until the job is done!"

Trivia

  • The introduction to the Rebel Camp in Whispering Woods is the same shot that was seen in Into Etheria, but played in reverse.
  • Hordak sings a few slightly altered lyrics from the song "Up Up and Away", orignally by the singing group "The 5th Dimension".
  • The animators forgot to draw Grizzlor’s nose when he tells Bow that the bars on his prison cell are made of pure Marelian Skrag.
