The New Adventures of He-Man[]
Tuskador was a powerful fighter, proficient in hand-to-hand combat techniques. He wore armour which had two large tusks, which he used to pick up enemies and toss them aside. He was a man of few words, and took a methodical, serious approach to fighting; adeptly analysing his enemies weaknesses before he attacked.
Tuskador was a visiting soldier to Primus who signed up for a dangerous, potentially one way mission to intercept the spaceship Blatazeen 5, which was carrying deadly Deenos Gas. Before Tuskador was allowed to join the mission, he had to prove himself in battle against Sagitar. While acknowledging that Sagitar was a powerful opponent, Tuskador proved his abilities by using his own size against him, and bested Sagitar in combat. Tuskador was subsequently allowed to join the mission and, after successfully carrying out the mission, was officially admitted into the ranks of the Galactic Guardians[1].
Behind the scenes[]
- Tuskador was portrayed as a human in the animated series, but his original action figure and Masters of the Universe Classics figure show him with more alien features.
- Though featured prominently in a number of episodes of the cartoon, Tuskador's origins were never explored and he was given little characterization.
